CHS Automation manufactures double-ended coil reels with weight capacities ranging from 2,500 lbs to 30,000 lbs, with stock widths from 12" to 60"
This equipment is offered in a variety of configurations and designs. Both motorized and pull off reels are available depending on your application. Power rotation and coil cars can be provided to improve coil change over time and increase efficiency.
Motorized reels have a variety of loop controls available to optimized the drive type and material being processed. Laser, ultra-sonic, and paddle type dacer arms all provide variable speed thru a reference single to the AC drive.
CHS Automation coil reels are built of heavy duty construction. We use only brand name components, i.e.; Allen-Bradley, Vickers, Coil-Tek, Banners, Timken, Eaton, Rexroth, and many others.
CHS Automation can provide custom engineering to meet the requirements of most applications.
